Having qualified to become a DVSA Approved Driving Instructor in December 2011, this month marks my 10th anniversary. In these last ten years, I’ve supported hundreds of people and feel very lucky that my role has allowed me to cross the paths of some amazing people, from a diverse range of backgrounds, and be briefly part of their life on their journey to developing a skill for life. While those who have taken lessons with me in the past (and have long since passed their test) are no longer part of my life, I do remember every single person and have many fond memories. As I move into my 11th year as an instructor, I look forward to meeting, teaching, coaching and supporting more new learners in 2022.
